Local Living: World of a Snow White, Concert in the Gardens, Columbia’s summer camps

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s Look at Local Living, the South Carolina Ballet is bringing the World of a Snow White to the Koger Center this Saturday.

The matinee for the Snow White Ballet is from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and the evening show is from 7:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

The South Carolina Philharmonic will join Historic Columbia for a Concert in the Gardens tomorrow. The event starts at 6 p.m. at the Museum of the Reconstruction Era.

You must bring your own blanket or chairs and pack a picnic. There will be no food or beverage vendors on site.

Tickets will be on sale at the venue, you must be 21 and up.

 

Registration is now open for the city of Columbia’s summer camps.

City officials say weekly summer camps will be held from Monday, June 10th through Friday, August 2, from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.

The camps are open to children ages 5 through 12 and cost $85 dollars per week.
