COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Sheriff’s Department says there is a heavy presence in the 1200 block of Piney Grove Road by Wynn Way as deputies investigate a shooting in the area.
Deputies are asking that people avoid the area and find an alternate route as the area is blocked off while they investigate.
