Fort Jackson solider found unresponsive on Thursday morning

FORT JACKSON, S.C. (WOLO)– Fort Jackson emergency response personnel located an unresponsive male soldier in on-post housing on Thursday morning after receiving a 911 call, said Army officials. on 

At this time the name of the solider is not being release.

“Our deepest sympathies are with everyone affected by today’s loss,” Maj. Gen. Jason E. Kelly, Fort Jackson commanding general, said.
