Easter spending expected to top $22 billion this year

(CNN)– The National Retail Federation says consumers will spend $22.4 billion to celebrate the Easter holiday this Sunday.

People celebrating are predicted to spend an average of $177.

Food is expected to be the highest spending category followed by clothing then gifts.

Meanwhile, the price of Coca surged to an all-time high on Tuesday.
