SC joins lawsuit to block Biden’s student loan repayment plan
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson is part of a group of Attorney Generals suing the federal government over President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness program.
The teen state lawsuit argues the Department of Education does not have the authority to alter student loan repayment plans.
Last month the White House announced plans to forgive more than 156 million dollars in federal student loans.
