Man charged after fatal stabbing of woman on Abelia Road

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police say a man is charged with murder after stabbing a woman on Abelia Road on Monday.
Jimmy Lee Hill, Jr., 43, is charged with the murder of a female acquaintance after she was stabbed to death on Monday, April 8, on Abelia Road.
Investigators say the isolated incident happened during an argument that escalated. The victim was pronounced deceased at a hospital, says the Columbia Police Department.
