Road reopens after power lines block traffic, officers say

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The Columbia Police Department says Garners Ferry between the Shoppes at Woodhill and Rosewood Drive has reopened after power lines in the area blocked the roadway.

Officers say a tree in the area fall on a power pole and caused power lines to block the roadway.
