Survey: One third of CEO’s exploring shorter workweek
(CNN)– Nearly a third of a large of U.S. companies are considering a shortened work-week to help combat burn-out.
That’s according to a newly released KPMG survey of CEO’s.
The schedules being considered are four or four-and-a-half day work weeks.
The findings show how executives have been searching for ways to attract and retain talent in a competitive job market.
One that has many employees feeling over-worked and under-paid.
KPMG warns however the idea is still in the experimentation phase.
