WATCH: Gamecock men’s basketball lands Lexington star Cam Scott

Lexington High School basketball star Cam Scott will be dressed in the Garnet and Black this fall.

Scott, the top-ranked recruit for 2024 in the Palmetto State for men’s basketball, signed with South Carolina on Wednesday at Lexington High.

The four-star recruit originally committed and signed with Texas last fall. Scott recently re-opened his recruitment after he asked to be released from his National Letter of Intent with the Longhorns.

The commitment of Scott marks the third year in a row Lamont Paris has landed the no.1 player in the state of South Carolina.
