City of Columbia Public Works hosting free compost giveaway

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– If you’re planning on doing some landscaping this weekend, the City of Columbia Public Works is hosting a free compost giveaway on Saturday, April 27, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the City Compost Site, 121 Humane Lane.

The event is for residents only and public works employees will be on hand to assist with loading materials into vehicles.
