Safety regulators probes massive Tesla recall
SAFETY REGULATOR PROBES MASSIVE TESLA RECALL
(CNN)– Federal safety regulators are looking into whether Tesla has done enough to address issues with its self-driving feature.
Elon Musk’s all electric car company issued a massive recall to fix a reported safety threat posed by its “autopilot” software.
Tesla’s “autosteer” is meant to. Be used with a fully attentive driver.
The recall applied to essentially all the Teslas on roads in the U.S.
The National Highway Safety Administration ordered the recall of two million Teslas over a software update designed to limit the use of the autopilot feature.
