SLED: Possible human remains found in burned car in Bamberg County

BAMBERG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– According to the Bamberg County Sheriff’s Office, SLED says possible human remains were found in burned car in Bamberg County.

The sheriff’s office says they were conducting a joint investigation with South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) about a missing person.

When a burned vehicle that appeared to have human remains was found on Tuesday, April 30.

The sheriff’s office requested SLED to take the lead in the case.
