3 arrested in connection with shooting at Orangeburg County after-prom party
ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO)– Three people have been arrested in Orangeburg County in connection to a shooting at an after-prom party last weekend.
On Friday afternoon, Sheriff Leroy Ravenell announced the arrest of 19-year-old Deon Gaddist, 17-year-old Montrell White and another unidentified teen.
The trio is charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and breach of peace.
The sheriff says he expects more arrests to be made in the future. The shooting occurred at a home in Santee a little after 1 a.m. on Sunday morning.
19-year-old Harrison Rollins was the only one who died from a deadly gunshot wound while several others were injured.
