Deputies: 3-year old dies in hot car
Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Richland Co. Sheriff Leon Lott says a 3-year old child died inside a hot car.
According to the sheriff, deputies responded to a home on Parliament Lake Dr. in reference to a missing person.
When they got there, investigators they began searching for the child who was found inside the car.
Officials say the child was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The incident remains under investigation.
