CALHOUN COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office says a man has been charged in connection with thousands of dollars worth of stolen property.
Jevante D. Thompson was arrested and charged with 4 counts of grand larceny and 1 count of criminal conspiracy.
Deputies say the charges are in relation to the theft of several thousand dollars worth of stolen property.
Some of the stolen property was recovered but some items remain missing.

CALHOUN COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying someone accused of vehicle theft.
Detectives say the incident happened in the early morning hours of Monday, April 22, in the Country Club Road area.
A Chevy Truck along with an 18ft trailer loaded with lawn care equipment was stolen from the area.
The vehicle is last seen passing the Country Club, headed towards Old State Road.
Residents with information is urged to contact the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office Investigations.
