Race to win $1 million is on with NASCAR Powerball Playoff

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)–  From now until May 20, SC Education Lottery Powerball players can enter their tickets for a chance to win $1 million in the NASCAR Powerball Playoff promotion.

Players can enter their Powerball tickets with PowerPlay and Double Play added for a $4 purchase by using the Lottery’s app or website for a chance to win, say lottery officials.

In a series of elimination drawings that coincide with the NASCAR Playoffs, players will have the chance to win cash prizes or a trip to the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race in Phoenix, AZ, on Sunday, November 10.

The $1 million winner will be announced live from the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race in Phoenix, A.Z., on Sunday, November 10.

The first drawing to announce 16 national semi-finalists will be held on September 1 at the Cook Out Southern 500 race at Darlington Raceway in Darlington, S.C.
