Forbes Advisor names worst city to drive in

(CNN) — The worst city in the United States to drive in may not be your first guess.  It’s not New York or Los Angeles, the worst U.S city to drive in overall is Oakland, California. A study from Forbes Advisor looked at 47 metro areas…

And considered a number of metrics including,  driving experience, safety, cost of car ownership and access to car maintenance. Oakland got the top spot for several reasons– a high number of fatal crashes, high gas prices and long average commute times. Miami got the second place as worst city to drive followed San Francisco, Houston and Philadelphia.

As for the best city to drive in, it’s Raleigh, North Carolina.
