SCHP: 4 people dead after 3-vehicle collision on US-21

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Four people have been pronounced dead after a 3-vehicle collision on an Orangeburg County highway, says highway patrol.

South Carolina state troopers say the collision happened on US-21 at Water Spring Road, 4 miles north of Orangeburg around 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14.

A Chevy pickup truck and a Nissan was traveling south on US-21, and an Audi was traveling north on the same highway when it collided with the Nissan.

Then the Chevy pickup truck collided with the Nissan, says highway patrol. Two people in the Nissan were pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries.

Also, two people in the Audi were pronounced dead at the scene as well. The collision is under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
