Affordable Care Act may possibly cover dental care

(CNN)– Dental coverage for adults could be added to plans under the Affordable Care Act plans.

Under Biden’s rule, states have until 2025 to decide if they will require that insurers cover dental benefits for adults.

The dental benefits would not take effect until 2027.

So far no states have signaled that they intend to require dental benefits under the ACA plans.
