RCSD investigates shooting that leaves 4 victims

Richland Co., SC (WOLO) — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is in the preliminary stages of investigating a shooting they say left four people injured.

According to authorities, around 8 p.m. Tuesday night deputies were called to the 400 block of Fresh Water Drive inside of the Lake Village neighborhood after getting reports of a shooting in the area. Authorities say once they arrived at the scene they located four victims and were able to arrest one juvenile.

No information has been released as to the extent of injuries sustained in the shooting at this time, but say that no casualties have been reported as of 10 p.m. RCSD says they have the Lake Village neighborhood blocked off as they continue looking into what led up to the shooting.
