SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office has issued a warrant for the arrest of a man accused of burglary and stalking, say deputies.

John Latroy Robinson is wanted for charges related to burglary, stalking, and violation of permanent restraining order.

On Friday, May 17, Robinson was witnessed burglarizing a Dalzell home and claimed to have taken two French Bulldogs, according to the sheriff’s office.

He was on house arrest and ordered to wear an ankle monitor, which the authorities say he failed to charge.

It is further alleged that Robinson has a history of harassment and having made threats to cause bodily injury.
