FAPD, Columbia-Richland firefighters respond to Thursday late night fire

FOREST ACRES, S.C. (WOLO)– Forest Acres Police and Columbia-Richland Firefighters responded to a structure fire last night.

Officials say something on the roof caught on fire at the Samuel A. Hayward Career and Technology Center and filled the building with smoke.

Fire crews were able to put the fire out and no one was hurt.

The incident is under investigation.
