Mega Millions jackpot reaches top 10

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Tonight Mega Millions players have a chance to win the game’s ninth largest jackpot, says SC Lottery Officials.

The prize money is now up to $560 million ($258.4 million cash).  Players have until one hour before the 11 p.m. drawing to purchase a $2 ticket.

Lottery officials say Tuesday’s jackpot has been growing since it was last won on March 26 for $1.1 billion and that this is the second time since last summer that the jackpot has exceeded half-a-billion dollars.
