Couple’s vacation almost sinks in quicksand

(Associated Press) – Opening up tonight’s what in the world file even more, after watching shows as children, as we grow up we realize two things, One, adulting is hard. and Two, we have not been trained enough for quicksand. Just the thought of it makes me want to inhale. I’m exhausted. Everyone’s nightmare.

It doesn’t happen just in Hollywood. Enter a woman from the state of Maine. Jamie Acord and her husband were walking on a popular beach on the coastline of the Pine tree state. When when she sunk to her hips in a split second, letting out a stunned scream.
she told her husband, “i can’t get out!” within seconds, her husband had pulled her from the sand trap, the sand filled in, and the stunned couple wondered what just happened?

Well, i’ll have you know that if in fact you were to get caught in quicksand, you remain buoyant
because the sand is supersaturated, and you are able to wiggle and get yourself out… you don’t sink and suffocate… like in the movies… or cartoons.
