Fairfield County man pleads guilty to criminal sexual conduct with minor

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A 47-year-old man has pled guilty to 3 charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in general sessions court in Fairfield County, said the sheriff’s office.

The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office said, Ivan B. White pled guilty to all three charges on Tuesday, June 11.

Also, the charges stem from incidents that occurred from 2020 through 2022 and involved a child victim who was 14-16 years old during those time periods.

White who was 43 through 45 years of age during the time periods was sentenced to 30 years in the South Carolina Department of Corrections.

The case was investigated by the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office and the South Carolina Sixth Circuit Solicitor’s Office prosecuted the case.
