COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, the City of West Columbia’s artisan market is back for the Summer every Thursday.
It’s from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. tonight, June 13, at the Interactive Art Park on Meeting Street.
You and the family can shop for handmade items with local artisans, enjoy some food, drinks and more. It’s free to attend.
The ‘Exclusive Car, Truck, and Jeep Show’ is drifting into the state fairgrounds this weekend, just in time for Father’s Day.
Vehicles of all sizes will be on display starting at 12 p.m. on Saturday. Enjoy vendors, food, games, music and more.
There’s no admission cost but attendees are required to bring two toys to be donated to charity. Parking is $5.
The Columbia-Richland Fire Department is hosting a free community open house later this month.
The event will feature games, music, food, and more.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a gift donation for a teen living with Sickle Cell Anemia.
It takes place on Friday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Columbia Fire Department.
The first ever South Eastern Barbecue Showdown takes place this weekend at Segra Park.
The two day event will celebrate flavor, competition, and live music.
Tickets start at $37 on Friday and $50 on Saturday.
