Traffic Alert: Roadway closed after tractor trailer overturns on US-601, says SCHP
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says a roadway is closed after a collision on US-601 at Porter Cross Roads involving an overturned tractor trailer.

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Highway Patrol says a roadway is closed after a collision on US-601 at Porter Cross Roads involving an overturned tractor trailer.
Highway patrol says the roadway is expected to be closed for an extended period of time and a detour has been set up.
Traffic traveling north on 601 will have to turn onto Porter Cross Roads then follow Porter Cross Roads down to SC Highway 12 (Fort Jackson Road).
SCHP says then traffic will turn right onto SC Highway 12 and then travel back to US-601.
Anyone traveling south will have to turn onto Kennedy Road, then take Kennedy Road to SC Highway 12 and turn left.
Travel will then travel down SC Highway 12 to Porter Cross Roads and turn left. Then traffic can follow Porter Cross Roads back to US-601.
