Lexington Police alert drivers of lane closures on Old Cherokee Road

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– Beginning this evening, June 17, there will be nightly, intermittent lane closures in the westbound lane on Old Cherokee Road between Sunset Boulevard and North Lake Drive, says Lexington Police.
The Lexington Police Department says the closure will run from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. and will be nightly through Friday, June 21.
Contractors will be installing new internet cable in the area. Drivers are asked to drive safe and stay alert.
