Coroner identifies Virginia man after fatal vehicle collision

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Kershaw County Coroner’s Office has identified a man who died after a collision on Monday, says the coroner’s office.

According to the coroner’s office, the man has been identified as 49-year-old Jaime Flores, of Manassas, Virginia.

Around 6 p.m. a flat bed tractor-trailer truck loaded with lumber was traveling east near mile marker 94 on I-20 when it collided with the rear of another tractor-trailer that had slowed for an upcoming construction zone on Monday, June 17.

The collision is under investigation.
