Columbia police investigating after individual hit by vehicle

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police’s Traffic Safety Unit is investigating another fatal collision that happened on Tuesday night, says CPD.

Shortly before 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, a male pedestrian was hit by a vehicle at Rosewood Drive and South Edison Avenue, says the Columbia Police Department.

Coroner Naida Rutherford says the person was identified as Charlton E. Ard.
