UPDATE: Richland Co. Coroner identifies Northfield Court homicide victim

Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Coroner’s Office has identified a victim of a homicide this week.
Coroner Naida Rutherford identified the victim as Chandreka D. Graham, 31, of Columbia, SC.
On Wednesday, Richland County deputies say they responded to Northfield Ct. in the Northeast part of the county for a welfare check.
When they got there, investigators say they were able to see an unresponsive woman in the home.
After they forced their way into the home, deputies say Graham had significant trauma to her head.
EMS arrived and pronounced her dead.
Investigators haven’t confirmed what caused her injuries.
According to authorities, a suspect is in a secure location and once he is released he will be arrested and charged with murder.
