Lexington County deputies rescue baby deer

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Summertime means more folks are spending time outdoors and the same can be said for our local wildlife.

The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department recovered a fawn they say was in distress. Deputies say it has been placed with an area deer rescue program.

Also, that the fawn will be treated and released once she’s recovered.
