Lexington woman found safe, say police

Lexington Police is requesting the public’s assistance finding a woman last seen on Friday, say officers.

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington Police is requesting the public’s assistance finding a woman last seen on Friday, say officers.
Police say 38-year-old Rachel Michelle Neese was last seen on Friday, June 21, around 10 a.m. leaving Park North Apartments home.
Neese was wearing blue jeans, black shoes, and a black shirt with the word “Pink” written on the front in white.
She has medical issues that officers say is being neglected due to her disappearance.
Neese is believed to have been sighted walking outbound on North Lake Drive around 3 p.m. on the same day that she left her apartment.
