FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A former library employee has been arrested in connection with financial crimes at the Fairfield County Library, say deputies.
On June 3, a representative of the Fairfield County Library filed an incident report with the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office alleging that financial crimes had been committed by Tiffany Monique Boulware while she was employed at the library, between January 2023 and January 2024.
Upon further investigation, investigators were able to develop information that led to obtaining warrants for Boulware for financial transaction card fraud and breach of trust with fraudulent intent, says SCSO.
Boulware turned herself in at the Fairfield County Detention Center where she was officially arrested for the charges on Wednesday, June 26.
She has since been released on a PR (Personal Recognizance) Bond and the investigation is ongoing.
