Columbia Police investigating fatal Woodland Terrace Apartments shooting

Columbia Police are investigating a fatal shooting at apartments on South Beltline Boulevard, says CPD.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police are investigating a fatal shooting at apartments on South Beltline Boulevard, says CPD.

According to the Columbia Police Department, officers were dispatched to Woodland Terrace Apartments on 320 South Beltline Boulevard in connection with a shooting.

When officers arrived to the scene, they found an injured male. The male was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.

The Richland County Coroner’s Office is assisting in the case.
