Irmo Police Department to conduct traffic safety checkpoint

IRMO, S.C. (WOLO)– The Irmo Police Department, along with agencies from the 11th Judicial Circuit Law Enforcement Network will be conducting a traffic safety checkpoint on Lake Murray
Boulevard.

Irmo Police say the traffic safety checkpoint will occur on Friday, July 5, from 10 p.m. until midnight.

Also, the department says the checkpoints and similar operations help to protect the motoring public, especially during busy Holiday weekends.
