Lexington County Peach Festival

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– For more than 60 years the community of Gilbert has been hosting the Lexington County Peach Festival every 4th of July.

The festivities kicked off this morning with a parade through Gilbert followed by live music, vendors, plenty of food, carnival rides, a car show, and more.

The community park hosts much of the fun which is made possible thanks to a large teams of volunteers who planned the event throughout the entire year.

The event culminates with a fireworks display at 9:15 p.m.
