RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Recreation Foundation is hosting the Art & Rec Connect Summer Series, say officials.
Throughout the summer, the events feature local art teachers and artists guiding kids ages 5 through 15 through unique art projects.
