Endangered woman reported missing in North found safe

ORANGEBURG CO., S.C. (WOLO) – Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says investigators are searching for an endangered woman reported missing in the North area.

Sheriff Ravenell said that 64-year-old Carmen Thomas was reported missing from a residence on the 2500 block of Bull Swamp Road late Thursday.

Deputies learned that Thomas left the residence on July 2 on foot after becoming upset.

Thomas is described as a white female last seen wearing green tights, a green tank top, and gold and brown sandals.

According to investigators, she was said to have left carrying a suitcase.
