Lexington County deputies investigating death after body found in pond

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a death after a body was found in a pond, says the department.

The sheriff’s department says detectives and dive team members were requested after a body was found in a pond in the 200 block of Crossbow Drive.

Neighbors should expect to see sheriff’s department personnel and vehicles in the neighborhood.
