Lexington Police reminds travelers signal lights will be down due to maintenance

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– The Lexington Police Department is reminding travelers that on their morning commute traffic signal lights will be down.

Officers say due to necessary maintenance by Dominion Energy, signal lights at Columbia Avenue/US-378 at West Main Street/US-1 will be out from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10.

Motorists are asked to be on alert and watchful when passing through the area as officers will be working together to direct traffic.
