SCDOT: Road closure in Calhoun County

CALHOUN COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Department of Transportation has closed the Big Beaver Creek Road Bridge in Calhoun County to replace it.

This is part of the I-26 Widening Project. It’s expected to last until October 2025.

During the closure, a detour route is in place that uses Columbia Road (US-21), and Old State Road (US-176).
