SCDOT to close Whippoowill Drive at US 378 in Lexington County

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Department of Transportation will detour Whippoowill Drive at US 378 beginning on Monday, July 29, in Lexington County, said SCDOT.

Officials said the detour is a part of a pavement repair project, and will include drainage system improvements and resurfacing.

The work is expected to be completed in August. Drivers are encouraged to stay alert and practice caution while traveling through the work zone.
