RCSD: Deputies identify suspects involved in morning shooting

 

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Sheriff’s Department says deputies have identified the suspects involved in a Tuesday morning shooting.

On Tuesday, July 30, around 11:30 a.m. deputies responded in the 400 block of Killian Road in reference to a shooting incident.

When deputies arrived to the scene, they found a woman who stated that her vehicle was hit by a stray bullet.

After speaking with witnesses, deputies were able to confirm that the shooting incident happened in the roadway near the intersection of Killian Road at Killian Crossings.

RCSD says the suspects left the scene before deputies arrived. However, several shell casings were recovered from the scene.

There was damage to the victim’s vehicle and there have been no reported victims.

Also, investigators say they have been able to identify the suspects involved in the shooting, but believe there were more suspects involved.
