Survey: SC among states with most student debt

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina is among the nation’s leaders in student debt.

According to Wallethub.com, South Carolina ranks 5th when it comes to those still owing money on their education.

The survey was based on factors like, student debt as a percentage of income, the availability of paid internships, and the average amount owed.
