Disney Parks underperforming amid inflation concerns

(CNN)– Disney Parks are facing slowing consumer demand in the face of higher prices.

The company says its domestic park business underperformed expectations last quarter.

Disney said attendance remained steady and people were spending more at the parks but a slumping economy was weighing on travelers.

Inflation helped drive the decrease in income. New technology and rides also ate into profits.
