Officers say the collision was caused by a driver experiencing a medical emergency.

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– A collision East Main Street/US-1 at Harmon Street has inbound traffic being detoured onto Taylor Street, says Lexington PD.
Officers say to be alert for slowed outbound traffic as first responders are working in the roadway on the scene.
