RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The City of Columbia Payment Center is teaming up with the Mayor’s Campaign against Breast Cancer to hold a fundraiser.

The fundraising sale is in support of the Mayor’s Campaign against Breast Cancer.

People who support the sale can purchase popcorn and pink (or regular) lemonade. Popcorn will be $2, and lemonade will be $2 through $3.

For over 20 years, the Mayor’s Campaign against Breast Cancer has raised awareness about the fight against breast cancer and provided support to patients, families, and survivors in our community, according to the city.

The proceeds from this year’s campaign will help fund an innovative 3-D mammography imaging unit for the Prisma Health Baptist Parkridge campus, said the city.

The lemonade, and popcorn sales will be held on August 16, August 23, and August 30, at the  City of Columbia Payment Center (3000 Harden Street).
