COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, there have been several National Night Out events rescheduled due to Tropical Storm Debby.

The once last week events that got cancelled, are being held on Tuesday, Aug. 13.

So people will get the chance to party with law enforcement still.

Lexington Police Department’s event starts at 5:30 p.m. at Virginia Hylton Park on Maiden Lane.

Richland County deputies are hosting their party at 6 p.m. at the Denny Terrace Community Center on Bishop Avenue.

And another one on Aug. 20, at Lower Richland High starting at 5 p.m.

You and the family can enjoy live music, games, and plenty of food and drinks.

There will be a Friday Night Laser Light Show this week.

It takes place on Friday, Aug. 16, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the South Carolina State Museum.

The event will feature music from Michael Jackson, Prince, and Queen.

Tickets are $10 for members and $12 for the general public.

The City of Columbia is partnering with Sistercare for a toiletry drive.

Sistercare helps victims of domestic violence.

They are looking for donations like facial wipes, deodorant, and liquid hand soap.

You can drop off the items at several locations across the city now through October 5.

The Main Street Latin Festival returns to the city of Columbia later this month.

The event showcases the culture of Columbia’s latin community through food, art, music, and more.

The fun kicks off on Saturday, Aug. 24, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is free.
