Starbucks brings back pumpkin spice latte earlier than ever

(CNN)– It’s still summer but a blaring signal of the fall is arriving this week.

The pumpkin spice latte is coming back to Starbucks starting on Thursday, Aug. 22.

That’s earlier than ever and two days earlier than in 2023.

Starbucks celebrated the drink’s 20th anniversary last year.

Since its launch the pumpkin space latte has been both beloved and mocked as it ushered in an era of pumpkin spice products.

Roughly 10% of Starbuck’s overall sales come from seasonal staples.
